The hands can endure inflammation and pressure pains from the use of limited mobility aids (but where would we be without them), the hands take the impact of the body’s weight regardless of being stationary or moving on them, which is why it can hurt after a short period of time.

Unlike other hand braces, wraps, and compression supports that are worn to provide protection and restrict movement over longer periods of time, our Gripport Support Hands attaches to the aid and has 3 purposes: provide comfort; relieve aches and pains; and reduce further risk of tendon and tissue damage – the padding acts as cushioning between the plastic handle and hand during impact.

There are two types available:
GS Hands#1 has a foam surround with a soft silicone gel pad – recommended for the larger hand span.
GS Hands#2 is the soft silicone gel pad – recommended for the smaller to medium hand span.

Both have a rayon and nylon mix stretch fabric which are easily removed for washing (also quick drying). Only available in one size, but still flexible enough to interchange with other mobility aid handles.

Tip: place the GS Hands in the freezer for an 30-45mins for a cold press while using.

*The comparisons made between our products and ‘others’ is to clarify and highlight two different products used differently, but have the similar objectives e.g., It’s not possible to wear our support product on your hand to gain benefit, however a hand wrap or compression support has the ability to provide support when used instead of our product on a mobility aid.  *On the flip-side, our support product will save you the hassle of having to take a hand support on-and-off throughout the day to wash your hands.

I hope this gives you the ability to make informed decisions when considering.
